Section 16

Any person who causes or suffers to appear on any trade mark used by him for the purposes of his trade or business any representation of the Brunei State Crest, Flag or other emblems of Brunei, or of any devices so nearly resembling them as to lead to mistake, shall unless such trade mark is authorised to be used by Order of His Majesty be guilty of an offence under this Act.
