Appointment of Government psychiatric facility

Section 3
(1)
The Minister may appoint the whole or any part of any premises to be a Government psychiatric facility for the admission, detention, lodging, care, treatment, rehabilitation and protection of persons who are mentally disordered.
(2)
The Minister shall cause a notification of the appointment to be published in the Gazette.
