Section 73
Any notice or other document required or authorised by this Act to be served on any person, or to be given or sent to any person, may be served, given or sent —
Medicines

(a)
by delivering it to him;
(b)
by sending it by post to him at his usual or last-known residence or place of business in Brunei Darussalam; or
(c)
in the case of a body corporate, by delivering it to the secretary of the body corporate at its registered or principal office or by sending it by post to the secretary of that body corporate at that office.
