Section 37

Any person who contravenes section 25, 27, 30, 32, 33, 34 or 35

or who contravenes any order made under section 29 is guilty of an offence.

Where a medicinal product is sold, supplied or imported in contravention of an order made under section 31, any person who, otherwise than for the purpose of performing or exercising a duty or power imposed or conferred by or under this Act or any other written law, is in possession of the medicinal product, knowing or having reasonable cause to suspect that it was sold, supplied or imported in contravention of the order, is guilty of an offence.

Any person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) or (2)

is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or both.

Any person who contravenes any conditions applied for the purpose of section 26 is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
