Section 23
(1)
No person shall conduct any clinical trials in Brunei Darussalam without prior written approval from the Authority.
(2)
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, make rules prescribing the conditions and requirements to be complied with by a person conducting clinical trials.
