Section 8

A seaman who is to be returned in pursuance of these Regulations shall be returned-

{a}

in the case of a seaman who is resident in Brunei Darussalam, to

Brunei Darussalam;

{b)

in the case of a seaman who is not resident in Brunei Darussalam, to the place where he was employed or joined the ship; or

{c)

to any other place which may be agreed between the seaman and his employer.
