Section 85
(1)
The Authority may issue such directions in writing for or with respect to standards of performance and procedures to be observed by public licensees and other persons -
(a)
to ensure the reliability of the supply of marine services and facilities or port services and facilities, as the case may be, to the public; or
(b)
in the interests of public safety.
(2)
Any person who fails to comply with any direction given under this section is guilty of an offence.
