Section 6
(1)
There shall be a Board of Directors of the Authority which shall be the executive body of the Authority which may exercise all the powers conferred on the Authority under this Act and shall be responsible for the formulation of the policies of the Authority, the supervision of the implementation and the general administration of the affairs and business of the Authority.
(2)
The Board shall consist of a Chairman, a Deputy Chairman and such other members as His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may appoint.
(3)
Schedule 1 shall have effect with respect to the Authority, its members and proceedings.
