Section 54
(1)
All acts, orders or directions by this Part or any regulations made thereunder authorised to be done or given by a particular employee of the
Authority may be done or given by any other employee of the Authority authorised in writing in that behalf by the Authority.
(2)
Any person authorised to do any such act may provide such assistance as is necessary.
Exemption of vessels belonging to Royal Brunei Armed Forces 55.
Except where expressly provided otherwise, this Part and any regulations made thereunder do not apply to any vessel belonging to the
Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
Indemnity to Authority for act of Port Master 56.
The Authority shall not be liable for any act, omission or default of the Port Master.
