Section 28
(1)
Every limited liability partnership shall ensure that its invoices and official correspondence bear the following –
(a)
the name and registration number of the partnership;
(b)
a statement that it is registered with limited liability.
(2)
Any limited liability partnership which contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $200 for every day or part thereof during which the offence continues after conviction.
