Section 45

The references to any other written law relating to limitation in section 46 include references to sections 41, 42 and 44; and, accordingly, in subsection (5) of section 46, the reference to the time prescribed by this Act or by any other written law relating to limitation has effect for the purposes of any case to which section 41 applies as a reference to the limitation period

(if any) applicable by virtue of section 41.
