Section 30

The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, exempt any employ-ment agency and any trade, profession or occupation from all or any of the provi-sions of this Order either absolutely or subject to such conditions as he may think fit to impose, and may, at any time, revoke any such exemption or cancel, alter or add to any such conditions.
