Section 16
(1)
When an employment agency has ceased to carry on business, the licensee shall within 14 days of such cessation-
(a)
notify the Commissioner in writing; and
{b) deliver his licence to the Commissioner.
(2)
On receipt of the notification and licence under subsection (1), the
Commissioner shall immediately cancel the licence.
