(1)
The Commissioner shall upon expiry of a strata plan, enter a memorial of expiry on —
(a)
the original extract from the Register to which the strata plan relates and on the original proprietor’s extract;
(b)
the strata plan or recorded copy thereof;
(c)
supplementary record sheet, if any, and shall cancel the subsidiary strata titles to each of the units.
(2)
The Commissioner shall, on the expiry of a strata plan, give notice to every relevant authority that the strata plan has been cancelled and that the strata corporation is dissolved.
(3)
The Commissioner shall also cancel any relevant supplementary record sheet.
(4)
For the purpose of subsection (1), the outstanding copies of the original extract and subsidiary strata titles for the stratum estates shall be delivered up to the Commissioner upon receipt by the original proprietor and the proprietors of the expired stratum estates of a notice from the
Commissioner requiring such delivery up.
