Section 46

Except as otherwise provided by this Act, the control, management, administration, use and enjoyment of the units and the common property shown on a strata plan and the activities of the strata corporation that comprises the proprietors of those units shall, where there are more than one proprietor, be regulated by the Rules for the time being applicable to that strata corporation.

Subject to any amendment, the Rules applicable to each strata corporation shall be those set out in the Second Schedule and Third

Schedule.
