Section 4

The Land Code (Chapter 40) and the regulations made under that Act insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or of any regulations made under this Act, shall apply in all respects to land registered in any folio of the subsidiary strata land register, except that nothing in section 7, 8, subsection (4) or (5) of section 9, section 15 or 21 of the Land

Code, will apply to such land.
