Section 28
(1)
The strata corporation shall be capable of suing and being sued in its corporate name and of doing and suffering all that bodies corporate may do and suffer.
(2)
Without restricting the generality of subsection (1), the strata corporation may sue in respect of damage or injury to the common property caused by any person, whether that person is a unit proprietor or not.
