Section 20

The certification by the Commissioner of a strata plan shall have no effect on any easement or restriction as to user to which the lot to which the plan relates is subject or on any easement or restriction as to user which is appurtenant to the lot to which the plan relates.

The Commissioner shall require all such easements and restrictions as to user to be recorded by diagrams, words or otherwise on the

strata plan, but shall not note them on any subsidiary strata title issued under section 21.
