Section 25
(1)
If any Land Officer is satisfied that default has been made in the payment of any sum whether principal or interest secured by any charge and tha~ 2 months notice demanding payment has been given by the chargee, he may order the sale of the land charged, provided that no such sale shall be carried out until reasonable notice has been given to all persons who would be affected by such sale.
(2)
Such sale shall take place either at the Land
Office of the district in which the land to be sold is situated or at such place as may be notified either generally or specially by the Minister and the chargee may bid at such sale.
