Section 15
(1)
In the case of land held by entry in the Register in accordance with the provisions of section 6 of this Code the rent payable shall, in the absence of any previous agree-ment, be at the rate of 10 cents an acre.
(2)
In the case of land held by entry in the Register in accordance with the provisions of section 3 of this Code, the rent payable shall be
(a)
In respect of land held by entry in the Regis-ter where the area is less than 100 acres at the rate of 25 cents an acre or at such other rate as His
Majesty in Council may from time to time pre-scribe;
(b)
In respect of land held by entry in the Regis-ter where the area is 100 acres or more at such rate as may be directed by His Majesty in Council.
