Section 19

Where the applicant has refused to make such claim or has omitted without sufficient reason to be allowed by the Court to make such claim the amount awarded by the

Court may be less than and shall in no case exceed the amount awarded by the Land Officer.

Where the applicant has omitted for a sufficient reason to be allowed by the Court to make such claim the amount awarded to him by the Court may be less than or may exceed the amount awarded by the Land Officer.

( 4) The provisions of this and sections 17 and 18

shall be read and explained to the assessors by the Court before they give their opinions as to the amount of com-pensation to be awarded.
