Section 95

Any employer who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Chapter, or any person who makes an entry in a register, required to be kept under the provisions of section 77 or 81, which he knows or has reason to believe to be false shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, a fine of $1,500 or in default thereof imprisonment for 6 months.
