Section 88
The employer shall, on receipt of a notice from a female worker under section 87, or on the fact of the confinement of a female worker otherwise coming to his knowledge, permit such worker to absent herself from work until the expiry of 4 weeks after the day of her confinement.
Forfeiture of benefit.
