(1)
The Commissioner shall, where necessary, cause concise summaries of this Chapter to be printed in Malay and in a language known to the workers and shall make such summaries available to the employer and workers concerned.
(2)
Where necessary, the employer shall be required by the
Commissioner to post such summaries in a language known to the workers in conspicuous places at the place of employment.
