Section 132

All agreements and contracts entered into between any employer and any worker, valid and in force on the date of the commencement of this Act shall continue to be in force after such date and, subject to the express provisions contained in any such agreement or contract, the parties thereto shall be subject to and entitled to the benefit of the provisions of this Act.
