Section 90
The right of a woman to custody is lost if —
(a)
she marries a man who is not related to the child thereby prohibiting him from marrying the child, but the right shall revive on dissolution of the marriage;
(b)
she is of bad conduct in a gross and open manner;
(c)
she changes her place of bermastautin with the intention of preventing the father from exercising the necessary supervision over the child, except if the divorced wife can take her own child to the divorced wife’s place of birth;
(d)
she becomes an apostate;
(e)
she neglects or abuses the child.
