Section 30
No person, other than a person appointed under section 26, shall —
(a)
keep any book that is or purports to be a register kept in accordance with this Act; or

(b)
issue to any person any document that is or purports to be a copy of a certificate of marriage or a certificate of marriage kept by the Registrar.
