Section 22
(1)
After the registration of a marriage and upon payment of the prescribed fees, the Registrar shall issue a Marriage Certificate and a
Marriage Card in the prescribed form to both parties to the marriage.
(2)
The Registrar shall also, on payment of the prescribed fee, issue a Ta’liq Certificate in the prescribed form to both parties to the marriage.
(3)
The original Marriage Certificate, Marriage Card and Ta’liq
Certificate shall be kept by the Registrar of a district.
