Section 38
Subsection (6) of section 31 and sections 33 to 35 shall apply to an expanding service company under this Part and for the purposes of such application –
(a)
any reference to an expanding enterprise shall be read as a reference to an expanding service company;
(b)
any reference to an expansion certificate shall be read as a reference to a certificate issued under subsection (2) of section 36;
(c)
subsection (7) of section 34 shall not have effect.
