Section 112

Notwithstanding the provision of section 11 of the Customs Act or any written laws or regulations in force, a pioneer enterprise and an export enterprise shall be exempt from the payment of import duties on raw materials imported for use in the pioneer enterprise to be used in the production of a pioneer product specified in the pioneer certificate:

Provided that such raw materials are not available or produced within Brunei

Darussalam.
