Notwithstanding the provision of section 11 of the

ActRepealedProvision 33 of 40

Customs Act, the Board may, with the approval in writing of the

Minister , exempt, subject to such conditions as the Board may deem fit to impose, a pioneer company from the payment of the whole or any part of any customs duty which may be payable on any machinery, equipment, component parts and accessories including prefabricated factory or building structures to be installed as necessary part or parts of the factory as the Board may deem necessary:
