Section 87
A person who, as trustee, accepts a settlement of property upon a special trust without taking steps to ensure that the settlor, or the person making the settlement on his behalf, understands who will have standing to enforce the trust shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years, a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand dollars or both.
