Section 70
(1)
A trust instrument may declare an authorised purpose trust of capital or income to take effect in possession before or after trusts affecting the same property, including trusts for persons or exclusively charitable purposes or other purpose trusts so far as valid.
(2)
A trust instrument may provide for an authorised purpose trust to vest in interest or in possession either immediately or at a future time or on a future event or contingency.
(3)
A trust instrument may provide for an authorised purpose trust to continue either until a specified time or event (contingent or other) or indefinitely.
