Section 108
An heirship right conferred by a foreign law in relation to the property of a living person shall not be recognized as –
(a)
affecting movable property in any part of the world for the purpose of section 106(1)(a) or any other purpose; or
(b)
constituting or creating an obligation or liability for the purpose of section 101(2) or any other purpose.
