This Order may be cited as the International Trusts Order, 2000 and shall commence on a day to be appointed by the Authority, with the approval of His Majesty the
Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by notice in the Gazette.
(2)
The long title of this Order is “An Order for the creation of international trusts, and matters connected therewith and incidental thereto”.
