Section 9
Every application under this Part shall be accompanied by the applicant’s business plan for the first 3 years of operation; and by –
(a)
copies of the applicant’s constituent documents, certified by the relevant authority or a notary public in the place of incorporation or other establishment of the applicant;
(b)
where applicable, a copy of the applicant’s audited annual accounts for the 3 consecutive years immediately preceding the application;
(c)
in the case of a takaful or re-takaful provider, the names of the Syariah
Council duly appointed to advise that provider.
Authority may require information.
