Section 29
(1)
No international insurer shall, in any form, advertise or publish any information which is untrue or which is likely to mislead another person in relation to the laws of Brunei
Darussalam or to that international insurer’s financial status, insurance or re-insurance plans or any other matter in respect of its international insurance business.
(2)
The provisions of paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (e) of section 28 and the provisions of subsection (1) of this section shall apply mutatis mutandis to a licensed international insurance manager, licensed international underwriting manager and licensed international insurance broker.
