Section 22
(1)
Every international insurer shall keep the accounts and funds in respect of its international insurance business separate from its other funds.
(2)
Every international insurer which carries on both long-term business and general insurance business shall keep the accounts and funds in respect of its long-term business separate from the accounts and funds in respect of its general insurance business, and shall keep the accounts and funds in respect of linked long-term business separate from that of other long-term business.
