Section 4
(1)
The forms set out in the Second Schedule are prescribed as the forms to be used for the purposes of the Order.
(21 Unless the Authority specifically so requires, strict compliance with a prescribed form is not required and substantial compliance is sufficient.
Where no form is required to be prescribed, the Authority may determine the form of presentation of any required matter or other information presented to him under the Order.
