Section 78

In performing his functions, every director, officer, agent or liquidator of an IBC is entitled to rely on the share register, register of members and the books of account and records and the minutes and copies of consents to resolutions kept under this Order and any report made to the IBC by any other director, officer, agent or liquidator or by any person selected by the IBC to make the report.
