Section 61
(1)
An IBC shall at all times have a registered agent in Brunei Darussalam.
(2)
No person may be an IBC’s registered agent unless licensed as such under the
Registered Agents and Trustees Licensing Order, 2000.
(3)
An IBC or its registered agent shall display at their principal office in Brunei
Darussalam in readily visible form the names of such IBCs as have their registered office at their address.
(4)
An IBC which wilfully contravenes any provision of this section shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars and to a further fine not exceeding fifty dollars for every day on which the contravention continues after conviction.
