Section 16
(1)
On payment to the registered agent of an IBC of the specified fee, a copy of the
Memorandum and a copy of the Articles shall be given to any member or director who requests a copy.
(2)
In subsection (1), “the specified fee” means a fee of such amount, not exceeding twenty-five dollars, as the registered agents may determine to be reasonably necessary to defray the costs of preparing and furnishing the documents requested.
