Section 154
(1)
For the purposes of winding-up a company which, before being struck off, was an IBC, the Court may appoint a person to be the liquidator of the company.
(2)
For the purposes of this Part, the appointment of a liquidator under this section operates as an order to restore the name of the company to the register (as an IBC).
