(2)
The Memorandum of a DCC shall state that it is a DCC.
(3)
A DCC may, in order to comply with subsection (2), alter its Memorandum by special resolution, and the provisions of this Order relating to an alteration of the Memorandum of an IBC shall apply.
(4)
Unless and until a DCC has complied with the provisions of this section, it shall be deemed not to be a DCC for the purposes of this Part.
(5)
Each cell of a DCC shall have its own distinct name or designation.
