Section 135
(1)
A foreign international company shall not carry on in Brunei Darussalam any business which an IBC is prohibited to carry on.
(2)
The Authority may, prescribe that any foreign international company be restricted from carrying on any specified business in Brunei Darussalam and may, impose conditions subject to which any specified business may be carried on by a foreign international company in Brunei Darussalam.
