Section 123
(1)
A reference in this Division to an IBC shall be read as including a reference to a foreign international company registered under this Order, but nothing in this Division applies to a charge of a foreign international company on property outside Brunei Darussalam.
(2)
Nothing in this Division shall require a foreign company to file any charge until the foreign company is registered under Part XI.
