Section 104
The powers, duties and obligations of auditors provided by this Order are in addition to any powers, duties and obligations specified in the Articles of an IBC and all auditors shall be entitled to be furnished with a copy of such Articles and shall be required to make themselves acquainted with the terms thereof.
