This Order may be cited as the International Business Companies Order, 2000
and shall commence on a day to be appointed by the Minister, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by notification in the Gazette.
(2)
The long title of this Order is “An Order to provide for the formation, regulation and supervision of international business companies and for connected purposes”.
