This Order may be cited as the International Banking Order, 2000 and shall commence on a day to be appointed by the Authority, with the approval of His Majesty the
Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by notification in the Gazette.
(2)
The long title of this Order is “An Order to provide for the regulation and licensing of bodies carrying on the business of international banking, and for connected purposes”.
