Section 45
(1)
Where the Attorney General by an order published in the Gazette has declared that any State specified in that order is a Convention country, it shall, while in force, be evidence of that fact.
(2)
For the purposes of this Part, a certificate signed by the
Attorney General stating that a State specified in the certificate but not specified in any order made under subsection (1) which is in force is, or was at a time specified in the certificate, a Convention country shall, upon mere production, be prima facie evidence of that fact.
